Made in the USA, the sensors are available in the DKL LifeGuard, a hand-held detector weighing about 2 lbs, and DKL SilentGuard, a customized invisible electronic tripwire designed to protect perimeters and secure facilities. The sensors are human specific, and operate by detecting the unique electrical field created by a beating human heart.

The DKL LifeGuard is in use now in counter-terrorism, mine rescue, law enforcement, firefighting, border control, container searches and by search and rescue teams in Asia and Europe.
