Center for Security and Emergency Management

The Center for Security and Emergency Management (C4SEM ™) was established to enhance the capabilities of military security forces, law enforcement officers, and first responders to prepare for, respond to, and recover from catastrophic events resulting from natural, man-made events, or terrorist attacks. Since its inception, C4SEM™ has provided military, federal, state and local agencies with high-quality, hands-on, scenario-driven training, exercises, technical assistance, and strategy development.

We are a visionary school, on the forefront of Technology and Education for the 21st-century workforce. It is an entrepreneurial and creative organization, committed to the exploration of knowledge, the construction of partnerships, and innovative academic delivery. C4SEM is a diverse organization, serving over 900 students. It is a substantive learning community, committed to lifelong learning and educating military and law enforcement personnel in the workforce.
