The Model 500 is capable of dual sided high resolution ID imaging designed for counter top ID verification applications. In addition, high resolution imaging will read the barcode data on drivers’ licenses as well as the magnetic stripe information. The high resolution reading capability is designed to detect watermarks and other “forensic” characteristics currently used as advanced security features on drivers’ licenses or ID cards.
